Foot

Neck

Wrap the tape measure around the middle of your neck over the Adam's apple. Keep it a bit loose for comfort.

With arms relaxed, wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it parallel to the floor. Getting help is ideal.

Sleeve Length

Bend your elbow 90 degrees and place your hand on your hip. Measure from the center back of your neck across your shoulder to elbow and down to wrist.

Wrap the tape around your natural waist while standing relaxed, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
