How to Measure

Foot

Place your foot flat on a surface with your heel against a straight edge. Use a ruler placed beside your foot to measure from the tip of your longest toe to your heel. Measure in millimeters or inches. Tip: Your longest toe may not be your big toe.

Neck

Wrap the tape measure around the middle of your neck over the Adam's apple. Keep it a bit loose for comfort.

Chest

With arms relaxed, wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it parallel to the floor. Getting help is ideal.

Sleeve Length

Bend your elbow 90 degrees and place your hand on your hip. Measure from the center back of your neck across your shoulder to elbow and down to wrist.

Waist

Wrap the tape around your natural waist while standing relaxed, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
